Shipping Policy
You can expect items to ship within a week of placing your order. Once your order is packaged and ready to ship you'll get an update email with tracking.
For all order inquiries, please send an email to shop@nucleusbandit.com with your name and order number. Expect a response to your inquiry within the next 24-48 hours. Thanks for understanding.

Lost or Undelivered Items
Unfortunately, once the package is handed off to the shipping provider, we no longer have access to the item. Please refer to your tracking number and contact the shipping carrier for more information. File a claim with them as it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. If unable to resolve after 7 days, please contact us at shop@nucleusbandit.com with your name and order number for further steps.
Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at shop@nucleusbandit.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is defective or damage please provide a photo of the issue.
